About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a full-time Dental Therapist for its upcoming new practice in Roseburg, Oregon. The position offers the opportunity to join the office from the beginning, collaborate with a supervising dentist and experienced clinical team, and help expand access to high-quality oral healthcare in the community. The therapist will practice at the top of their licensure, build patient relationships as the practice grows, and contribute to the patient experience and culture of the new office. Annual compensation is $155,000 or more, depending on experience, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The position includes operational and clinical support, modern technology and resources, and opportunities for continued professional growth.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program.
Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative approach to working with dentists and the broader clinical team.
Enthusiasm for helping establish and grow a new practice.
