About The Position

Kick‑start a long‑term career in mortgage servicing while making a real impact for homeowners nationwide. This is an onsite, fast‑paced call center role with strong earning potential, hands‑on training, and a clear path to conversion. Role Overview Job Title: Performing Loan Consultant Start Date: May 25, 2026 Location: Tempe, AZ 85288 (Onsite, 5 days/week) Shift: Primarily 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (training schedule varies initially)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience; call center or financial services experience is a plus
  • Strong phone communication skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable using Windows‑based systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates strongly encouraged (English‑only roles also available)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners to resolve mortgage servicing questions and past‑due payments
  • Identify customer needs, document interactions accurately, and create practical payment solutions
  • Deliver professional, empathetic customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards
