About The Position

As a Performance Marketer at Constructor, you'll own and scale our paid acquisition channels to drive qualified pipeline for a category-defining AI product. Your work will directly impact how enterprise ecommerce buyers discover Constructor and enter our sales funnel. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, content syndication, and sponsorship placements. Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI across all channels. Collaborate with demand generation and sales to ensure paid campaigns align with global campaigns, pipeline goals and lead-to-opportunity conversion targets. Build and test audience segments, ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies through continuous A/B experimentation. Partner with content, graphic design and product marketing to develop compelling ad copy, assets, and sponsored content that resonates with ecommerce decision-makers. Own reporting dashboards and provide regular performance readouts with clear insights and actionable optimization recommendations. Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and B2B paid media trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale with demonstrable pipeline impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) for lead tracking and attribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets and clearly report on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
