Crealytics is an award-winning full-funnel digital marketing agency with over 15 years of experience crafting omnichannel media strategies for leading B2C and B2B businesses. Our expertise in driving profitable online and offline sales is informed by the reality of a privacy-first digital landscape. We focus on helping our clients efficiently allocate budget across their channels and campaign mix while driving operational excellence to unlock incremental revenue growth. Our agency team drives revenue for over 100 well-known brands, including Foot Locker, Diesel, New Look, Revolve and Urban Outfitters. With a diverse, inclusive team of 100+ international employees, we operate remotely and from offices in New York, Berlin and Mumbai. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager in the US for a full-time position in a remote setting or out of the New York office.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze data and convincingly support your conclusions during presentations.
  • Familiarity with search engine marketing management. You’ve had some experience in basic campaign optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Excellent Excel skills. You understand how to tell stories with data, and make your analysis come to life
  • Thrive on collaboration. You can support your team across multiple projects and thrive in an inclusive, “all-in” culture
  • Expert communicator, whether it’s in person, virtually, or across emails/IMs/etc
  • Critical thinker. You like to take ownership of your projects, advocate for your clients, and challenge the status quo

Responsibilities

  • Campaign optimization across biddable media systems. Google and Bing primarily, but also across a global footprint of secondary search engines and social media platforms
  • Rock-solid analytics intelligence. You are data literate and know how to transform complex datasets into compelling narratives
  • Daily collaboration on clients’ success. You’ll be the voice of the customer within our organization, keeping us focused on client success and driving our business to achieve customer goals
