About The Position

HUMAN Security is looking for a strategic, execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid media engine focused on qualified pipeline generation and buying group engagement. This role will lead HUMAN’s digital distribution strategy across paid search, paid social, display, newsletters, podcasts, OOH, and emerging channels - driving measurable pipeline impact through experimentation, automation, and optimization. Working closely with Marketing, RevOps, SDRs, and Sales, this leader will turn real-time performance signals into scalable growth programs that accelerate revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, analytics, ABM strategies, and AI-powered marketing execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise cybersecurity buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital channels, experimental formats, and AI-driven marketing technologies.
  • Experience scaling programs in fast-growing or operationally complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, newsletters, podcasts, OOH, and emerging channels.
  • Build and scale a high-performing distribution engine focused on qualified pipeline generation and target account engagement.
  • Continuously improve channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns that engage and advance buying groups across target accounts.
  • Operate continuous experimentation and conversion optimization programs across digital channels and landing experiences.
  • Use real-time analytics and behavioral signals to rapidly improve performance and pipeline outcomes.
  • Leverage AI and automation to accelerate campaign execution, personalization, and optimization at scale.
  • Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and operating models that improve speed and efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Marketing Operations, SDRs, and Sales to align programs to pipeline and revenue goals.
