About The Position

The Performance Marketing Manager will run Top Nutrition Coaching’s day-to-day paid acquisition, owning channel strategy and execution, spending, creative testing, and landing pages. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and involves hands-on management of ad accounts, including budget pacing, bids, audiences, creative rotation, and testing decisions. The manager will balance customer acquisition cost targets with new-customer growth, emphasizing conversion-rate improvements and rigorous testing to unlock growth through optimization. Top Nutrition Coaching, a Receptive company, delivers insurance-covered Medical Nutrition Therapy through a national network of Registered Dietitians and offers a GLP-1 medication management service. The role is part of a small team with substantial ownership. The position owns paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing; budget pacing and blended CAC performance; landing-page conversion-rate optimization and funnel testing; creative testing; and paid acquisition measurement and reporting. The manager will partner with design and data teams, oversee event tracking and attribution, and assess view-through conversions, incrementality, and cross-channel overlap in a compliance-heavy environment. The company is remote-first, with priority given to candidates in East Coast or Central time zones. The target base salary is $130,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other business considerations. Full-time US-based employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits.
