Our team is fast-moving, analytical, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on measurable impact and continuous optimization. PeopleConnect is hiring a Performance Marketing Coordinator to support execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across key digital channels. This role is focused on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with senior strategists and cross-functional partners to drive efficient growth across multiple channels. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in performance marketing, move quickly, and take ownership of campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic networks
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and take action
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on results
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Exposure to direct-response or high-volume acquisition environments

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across SEM, Display, Native, and Programmatic platforms
  • Set up campaigns, ad groups, targeting, budgets, and tracking within platforms such as Google Ads and native networks
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily
  • Make daily optimizations to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives based on performance data
  • Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
  • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting in internal dashboards
  • Identify performance changes and flag issues or opportunities to senior team members
  • Assist in analyzing campaign results and performance trends
  • Work with creative and content teams to update and test new ad assets
  • Support senior team members in executing campaign plans
  • Communicate campaign performance updates and changes clearly
