About The Position

Thrive is a leading full-funnel digital marketing agency supporting growth for some of North America’s most ambitious companies. We evolve our services through disciplined learning, continuous improvement, and close partnership with our clients - regularly assessing what works, what doesn’t, and where to raise the bar. Our mission is to help companies grow sustainably. To do that, we’ve built deep expertise across performance marketing, brand marketing, digital design, and data and measurement, managing more than $5 billion USD in advertising spend over the past decade. Our work spans startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organizations, including Alo, Zoom, Slack, Uber, Asana, Masterclass, Snapchat, Change.org, and lululemon. Our culture values curiosity, accountability, and thoughtful problem-solving. We challenge our teams to grow and take ownership of their work while respecting boundaries and long-term sustainability. Thrive is a place where experimentation is encouraged, learning is continuous, and people are supported to do high-quality work they’re proud of - together. This is a build-and-grow moment. We're expanding our programmatic practice, and the work comes with a portfolio most marketers only get to admire from the outside. You'll partner with leading B2B and ecommerce brands to build media strategies that go beyond the traditional Google and Meta mix, using channels like Connected TV, programmatic display, online video, native, and emerging opportunities to drive measurable business growth. You won't just be running campaigns; you'll be the strategic partner helping clients answer bigger questions around audience strategy, incrementality, measurement, and long-term growth. The tactical craft matters, but here it's in service of something bigger: shaping full-funnel media strategies that influence pipeline, customer acquisition, and lifetime value. If you're excited by solving complex business challenges, thinking beyond platform best practices, and helping shape the future of programmatic media, let's chat. Joining the Performance department (performance marketing) as our Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for driving project excellence in Performance Programs by implementing growth strategies, solving complex problems, and fostering team development to ensure that Thrive remains an industry leader in performance marketing. You'll oversee the success of some of our highest priority brands and partnerships, ranging from household names through to brands that are in early growth stages. You'll also be a key contributor to product innovation and project growth initiatives, working amongst a collaborative team to continuously improve our product and service.
