Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
  • 3 to 5 years in a similar position;
  • Strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts;
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills;
  • Solid coaching abilities;
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork;
  • Excellent interpersonal and political skills;
  • Rigorous attention to detail;
  • Comfortable with numbers and tools such as Excel; strong mathematical logic;
  • Experience with digital activation platforms such as DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon; Business Managers: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest; Campaign Managers: Google Ads, Analytics;
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with databases is an asset: Radius, Lens, Broadcast Builder, Spotwriter, SAM;
  • Experience with administrative software is an asset: Media Ocean, DDS, Daisy;
  • Completion of basic certifications related to your specialization (Google Merchant Center, Product Feed, GA4, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Build e-commerce media recommendations in the form of a detailed plan (including partner, platform, audience, and KPI recommendations) in collaboration with internal teams;
  • Execute the launch and go-to-market of campaigns on platforms and with partners related to your discipline, ensuring quality control;
  • Identify and propose optimization opportunities for your channel based on predetermined platform performance indicators;
  • Contribute to campaign reports and ensure campaign data is properly shared;
  • Troubleshoot issues across various platforms by actively seeking solutions;
  • Actively participate in trainings and partner presentations;
  • Stay up to date on all new features, betas, or changes related to buying platforms, optimization options, buying methods, and data points for targeting;
  • Contribute to audience adjustments at launch and recommend alternatives as needed;
  • Enter campaign data into Prisma or validate data entry performed by others. Manage the signing of advertising contracts;
  • Prepare routing sheets and transmit materials for tag creation on the ad server;
  • Send buying summaries to communicate realized savings;
  • Manage campaign closure: update digital calendars, financial platforms, and follow up with media reconciliation teams;
  • Collaborate on various projects related to your discipline (best practice documents, tool implementations, POVs) to enhance the quality and depth of your group’s expertise.
