About The Position

Responsible for leading and consulting on transformational Performance Improvement initiatives and projects that accelerate the achievement of results. Provides analysis, consultation, gap assessment, team facilitation and idea generation. Accelerates dissemination of successful practices and provides recommendations for organizational continuous improvement. Delivers results in practical, significant, and measurable methods/improvements. Leads complex and large-scale Lean Six Sigma Projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Four years healthcare experience as demonstrated in at least one of the following: Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Radiology Technician, Laboratory Technician.
  • Other experience in a related healthcare business setting
  • Four years healthcare revenue cycle performance improvement as demonstrated in at least one of the following: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Four years healthcare technical experience as demonstrated in at least one of the following: EPIC Electronic Health Record, EPIC Prelude, EPIC Resolute, EPIC Clarity, EPIC Cogito or EPIC Cadence.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
  • Maintains certification as required by certifying agency, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ).
  • Tableau Desktop Certification or obtain within one year of hire.
  • Maintains licensure or certification as applicable to the experience section of this job description.
