This is an internal-only stipend position for Urbana School District #116. The PERA Building Ambassadors will work under the direction of the building principal and the Director of Human Resources. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the administrative team and teachers, leading professional development on the district's PERA evaluation model, supporting teachers with their evaluation cycles, and maintaining confidentiality. Ambassadors will serve as the primary point of contact for PERA-related questions within their building, ensuring knowledge of the PERA handbook and evaluation components. They will also assist new teachers and mentors, monitor teacher PERA timelines, and support the PERA presentation and SGO calibration processes.
