This is an internal-only stipend position for Urbana School District #116. The PERA Building Ambassadors will collaborate with the building administrative team, Central Office, and teachers to lead professional development on the district's PERA evaluation model. They will serve as the primary point of contact for PERA-related questions within their building, ensuring confidentiality and supporting teachers through their evaluation cycles and timelines. The role requires a strong commitment to professional development and reflective practices, the ability to build professional relationships, and knowledge of the PERA handbook and evaluation components. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and is not an administrative role.
