This is an internal-only stipend position for Urbana School District #116. The PERA Building Ambassadors will work under the direction of the building principal and the Director of Human Resources. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the administrative team and teachers, leading professional development on the district's PERA evaluation model, and serving as a point of contact for PERA-related questions. Ambassadors will support teachers with their evaluation cycles, maintain confidentiality, and ensure adherence to the PERA handbook.
