Job Purpose and Impact The Performance Enablement (PE) Deployment Lead will plan and coordinate strategic efforts to advance the implementation and maturity of performance enablement processes across the Food North America Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC). This role will lead the Data Visualization & Reporting and PE Solutions teams, shaping strategies that deliver impactful insights and enable knowledge management across the region. In close collaboration with PE Leads from business segments, the PE Deployment Lead will champion value creation, manage a robust pipeline of cost reduction projects, and support the deployment and sustainment of PE practices across manufacturing operations. The role plays a critical part in embedding continuous improvement, enabling capability development, and driving measurable impact across the MSC.
