We're looking for a Sales Enablement & Performance Coach to build the capability behind our sales team's performance. Our reps are motivated and our lead flow is strong — what we need now is someone who can turn that raw potential into consistent, repeatable results. You'll design the systems, deliver the training, and work alongside managers to develop every rep on the team. You'll own how we onboard new hires, what skills we develop, and how we coach toward higher conversion. You'll also help our managers become better coaches themselves. If you've sold home services or HVAC in a high-volume inside sales environment, you already understand the stakes of every call. Now you get to use that experience to multiply results across an entire team.
