We are looking for a sharp, data-driven marketer who is equally at home strategising on digital acquisition and rolling up their sleeves to implement, measure and optimise. You will own the full growth funnel, from the first impression to a signed enrollment, working across the central team and the network of schools, orchestrating agencies and internal stakeholders to drive results. Requirements

  • At least 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally managing multi-site or multi-market digital acquisition.
  • Proven track record in running paid campaigns (Google/Meta) and a strong command of funnel optimization and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress/Webflow) and marketing automation/CRM tools (Pipedrive is a plus).
  • Data-driven, autonomous, and results-oriented with a strong bias for action.
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube for both the group and individual schools.
  • Brief and oversee external agencies or freelancers, ensuring they are held accountable to strict performance targets and KPIs.
  • Design and iterate on conversion funnels, including landing pages, lead capture forms, and retargeting sequences through structured A/B testing.
  • Own and report on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPL to measure pipeline contribution.
  • Own Enko’s central and school websites, focusing on UX, page speed, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Manage the CMS and audit our marketing technology stack to implement robust tracking and tools that improve performance without adding complexity.
  • Drive SEO/AIO strategies and develop local acquisition playbooks to empower individual campus teams.
  • Design and automate workflows in Pipedrive to convert inquiries into booked admissions appointments.
  • Work closely with admissions teams to close the loop between marketing leads and enrolled students.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health and channel performance across all schools.
  • Deliver actionable weekly and monthly insights to school leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
