KPMG's Business School (KBS) Audit is committed to building the Audit professionals’ knowledge and skills to maintain and uphold audit quality in client work. Towards this end, KBS supports their professional development through development and delivery of high quality, interactive training. The Performance and Learning Consultant collaborates with key staff members and clients to analyze learning needs, recommend learning solutions, implement the appropriate delivery systems for our clients and evaluate and measure for learning effectiveness. In addition, they assist in organizing, leading and managing the effective execution of multiple projects, including complex strategic projects. Effective execution means consistently completing simple and complex projects on-time and on-budget. The Performance and Learning Consultant also develops and maintains ongoing relationships with clients, project team members and external vendors.
