About The Position

The Telecare El Dorado County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed locked hospital facility providing acute inpatient psychiatric treatment to adults aged 18+, diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
Requirements
- A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
- Active DEA in good standing

Responsibilities
- Direct medical treatment to members served within the scope of your Psychiatrist licensure.
- Participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served.
- Ensure superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs.
