Per Diem Pharmacist

LUX InfusionConcord Township, PA

About The Position

At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. Inspired by lux—meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence. As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference. At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion and specialty pharmacy care should feel safe, thoughtful, and deeply human — for patients and for the teams who support them. Our pharmacists play a critical role in ensuring every therapy is delivered with clinical excellence, accuracy, and trust. We’re looking for a Relief / Per Diem Pharmacist who wants their work to mean something — a licensed pharmacist who brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, and accountability to pharmacy operations when coverage is needed most. The Relief Pharmacist ensures continuity, safety, and consistency of care in the absence of the Pharmacist‑in‑Charge. This role plays a key leadership function — supporting pharmacy technicians, safeguarding medication accuracy, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
