About The Position

Andrea's Angels is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for per diem, field-based work in the Greeley and Northglenn service areas. This is a fee-for-service position compensated per completed visit, with scheduling built around the availability each nurse provides. RNs in this role work across three programs — skilled home health, In-Home Support Services (IHSS), and Independent Living Skills Training (ILST) — performing in-home assessments, clinical monitoring, caregiver training and oversight, and skills-based instruction depending on the client and program assignment. The position offers clinical autonomy in the field without fixed shift commitments, mandatory overtime, or on-call requirements. It is well suited to nurses supplementing full-time employment, transitioning out of acute care, or seeking flexible part-time clinical work.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license (or compact multistate privilege)
Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
Current BLS/CPR certification
Reliable transportation, valid CO driver's license, and current auto insurance
Ability to travel across the Greeley and/or Northglenn service areas
Ability to pass background screening and required health clearances

Nice To Haves

Home health, hospice, case management, or community health experience
Experience with brain injury, neuro rehab, developmental disability, or geriatric populations
Comfort with electronic documentation
Bilingual English/Spanish
