About The Position

The PepsiCo Beverages Supply Chain Leadership Program aims to develop future People leaders for PepsiCo. Participants will gain critical experience in manufacturing and distribution facilities, familiarizing themselves with daily business operations and leading front-line Supply Chain teams. This role involves motivating teams, solving problems, removing barriers to achieve operational goals, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and drive projects that contribute to PepsiCo's growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
• Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
• Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
• A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement

Responsibilities

• Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
• Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production
• Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
• Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
• Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
• Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
• Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
