About The Position

Papillion Foods, LLC is seeking a dedicated Pepperoni Production Line Coordinator for the 2nd Shift. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our pepperoni production line, meeting all safety, quality, and production targets. The coordinator will be responsible for managing daily activities, assigning employees, providing training and support, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, as well as adhering to all safety procedures. The ideal candidate will contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment and collaborate effectively with various teams.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, reading, writing, speaking.

  • 1 year of leadership experience in a production and/ or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily pepperoni production line activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
  • Assign employees to workstations and adjust staffing based on production needs.
  • Provide direction, training, and support to employees throughout the shift.
  • Assist with troubleshooting equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor materials and supplies to ensure the line has the ingredients, packaging, and equipment needed.
  • Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation programs, including GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), powered industrial equipment, and safe work practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
