PeopleSoft Technical Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. The developer will own the technical implementation of business requirements, partner closely with functional consultants, and ensure custom development meets enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PeopleTools development, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker, along with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, upgrades, and clean-customization principles. This is a full-time, direct W-2 position that is 100% remote within the United States, with an annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000. Candidates with at least six years of experience are sought, although the required qualifications specify five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience. The employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and candidates seeking an H-1B transfer are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience; the posting also states six or more years of experience required.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
- Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
- Exposure to Fluid UI development.
- Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations.
