About The Position

Tri-Force Consulting Services is hiring a PeopleSoft Oracle DBA for a 12-month hybrid role located in New York. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least three years of full-time paid experience as a PeopleSoft integrator and support analyst. The role requires initiative, leadership, a strong work ethic, responsibility, dedication, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work orders may specify proficiency in one or more PeopleSoft tools and technologies, including PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML/BI Publisher, JavaScript, and jQuery. The role's listed technologies and functional areas include PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll for North America, Pension Administration, Application Designer, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Integration Broker, interfaces and data extracts, data conversion and migration, performance tuning and optimization, and troubleshooting and debugging.

Required expertise includes PeopleSoft upgrades and regression testing, pension administration and defined benefit plans, pension and loan calculations, eligibility and service credit, retiree payroll, cost-of-living adjustments, pension legislation and regulatory compliance, Tier 6 pension requirements, pension plan configuration, payroll-to-pensions and HRIS/timekeeping integrations, pension data conversion and reconciliation, pension reporting and actuarial extracts, NYCERS and NYSLRS interfaces, and collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

• Required expertise in payroll-to-pensions integration and HRIS and timekeeping integrations.
• Required expertise in pension data conversion and reconciliation, pension reporting and actuarial extracts, NYCERS and NYSLRS interfaces, and collective bargaining agreements.
