About The Position

All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer/Engineer to develop new software applications and support existing software products. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions, using Agile/SCRUM or iterative methodologies to enhance and maintain software products. The position is onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and lists a two-year degree as the education level.

Responsibilities

Develop applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, following team standards and requirements.
Help design and build AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and integrations connecting AI to business data.
Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows on SQL Server and Azure SQL.
Build reusable reports and dashboards with Power BI and work with SSIS, SSRS, and Microsoft Fabric.
Connect business systems through APIs and data files, including PSA/ticketing, ERP, and HR platforms.
Gather client and stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into working features that meet functional and performance expectations.
Troubleshoot existing solutions, handle change requests, and maintain system operation.
Write clean, tested, reusable, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices.
Follow team standards for source control, peer reviews, testing, and deployment from development to production.
Write documentation such as deployment guides, user instructions, and project case studies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum or iterative delivery, including sprint planning, status updates, and project milestones.
Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
