PCSI is looking for a People Team Business Partner to provide HR support to employees working at our military and border patrol service sites throughout Texas. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders with employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, leadership inquiries, and employment law compliance. You'll build and strengthen relationships with site leaders, communicate and promote department initiatives, and partner with operations on broader organizational goals. We're looking for someone with well-rounded HR background, with strengths in employee relations and providing guidance to leaders. Many employees in this region speak Spanish, so bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
