The People Team Associate will serve as a visible, trusted resource for employees and managers, supporting onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day People operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in HR, People operations, office coordination, or a similar people-facing role who is ready to take on more ownership, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships across the New York team. In this role, you will help ensure that core People processes run smoothly and that employees receive timely, thoughtful support. You’ll partner closely with the broader People team, as well as with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and hiring managers, to coordinate logistics, maintain accurate records, and resolve routine issues. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction across the New York office, and we’re looking for someone who is approachable, organized, and comfortable being a front-line point of contact for employees. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in the New York office at least 1–2 days per week.
