This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the full breadth of our People organization. As a People Team Analyst, you will serve as part of the analytical backbone for our central People functions - including Talent, Organizational Design, Recruiting, People Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning - translating strategic questions into clear, data-driven methodology and answers. Each year, you will also play a key role in supporting the CHRO’s annual strategic plan, providing data to ensure our most important people decisions are grounded in rigorous analysis. This role communicates directly with leaders across the People team, helping to define the right questions, then designing the right analyses and communicating back those findings with support from our Leader of Compensation and Workforce Planning. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical or scientific foundation, the intellectual curiosity to ask “what are we really trying to understand?”, and the communication skills to make that understanding accessible to everyone.
