About The Position

SuperDial is building AI voice agents that automate high-volume healthcare revenue cycle workflows. We are a fast-growing Series B company looking for a People & Talent Operations Coordinator to support our team across the full employee lifecycle. This role reports to the Vice President of People and is based in our New York City office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, service-minded, and energized by building structure in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who brings a high-touch, high-standards, high-trust approach to the work, with clear communication, careful execution, strong follow-through, good judgment, and warmth. This is a visible, people-facing role where you should be comfortable being “on stage” in employee- and candidate-facing moments. For someone early in their People career, this is a strong opportunity to learn quickly, receive direct coaching, and earn increasing ownership through excellent execution.
