About The Position

The Café Operations team member oversees on-site café operations and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and standards while providing nutritious meals. The role includes conducting internal inspections and ensuring equipment is serviced by the maintenance provider, coordinating payment to contracted vendors, and regularly surveying Samsung staff to improve services and respond to requests. The team member oversees the Café Operations contract by coordinating work, reviewing results, and preparing information for key leadership to support decisions. The role also includes maintaining the café operations budget and finances and handling unexpected cost requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Outstanding project management and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them appropriately.
• Ability to multitask and maintain detailed administrative records.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets.

Nice To Haves

• More than five years of food service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
