About The Position

The Café Operations team member oversees on-site café operations and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and standards while supporting the provision of nutritious meals. The role includes conducting internal inspections of café operations and ensuring equipment is serviced by the equipment maintenance provider. The team member ensures Samsung-contracted café vendors are paid for services, regularly surveys Samsung staff to improve services, and ensures requests receive appropriate responses.

The role oversees the Café Operations contract by coordinating work, reviewing information, and preparing results for key leadership to support decisions. It is also responsible for maintaining café budgets and finances, including handling unexpected cost requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Outstanding project management and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them appropriately.
• Ability to multitask and maintain detailed administrative records.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets.

Nice To Haves

• More than five years of food-service industry experience preferred.
