This role will support the People Services operation for multiple business units, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Requirements

  • Energetic self-starter with strong leadership skills, work ethic, and highest level of integrity.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources Generalist or Recruiting Role.
  • Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting, international and domestic.
  • A hands-on leader who values relationship building with all team members.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, with the ability to learn HRIS systems.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications.
  • iCIMS and UKG experience a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the People Services operation for multiple business units in partnership with the People Services Director, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
  • Provide strategic planning and support, including staffing and training initiatives, to shape the company's future and maintain a leading position in the hospitality industry.
  • Stay updated on government regulations and record-keeping requirements, ensuring team members feel supported and valued.
  • Oversee the performance management system, ensuring timely performance evaluations and effective identification and development of top performers.
  • Attract top talent by utilizing and updating the applicant tracking system, coordinating competency-based interviews, and analyzing data to make growth recommendations.
  • Support team members through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions, while administering associate benefits and open enrollment.
  • Coordinate all team member new hire orientations, recognition programs, and events.
  • Conduct annual team member opinion engagement surveys and evaluate/communicate results.
  • Administer FMLA/LOA functions with compassion and empathy.
