About The Position

We are looking for a People Services Manager to join our CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii team! This position reports to our Area Director of People Services and works cohesively with department leaders throughout our Hawaii portfolio to support property operations by delivering constructive results related to human resources. CoralTree Residence Collection is known for managing premium and luxury residential resorts, vacation homes, and hotels — defined by people who lead with genuine purpose, pride, and a strong sense of place.

Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting managers and leaders in employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
• A valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel between properties and islands, as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
• Hospitality, resort, hotel, or service industry experience strongly preferred
• Multi-property or multi-location experience preferred
• Experience in a unionized environment is preferred
• An HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely recordkeeping related to leave of absences, workers comp claims, and benefits administration.
• Oversee team member performance management and employee relations by providing leaders with guidance around coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
• Participate in strategic planning related to wage surveys, staffing, training, and department budget goals.
