We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees, leaders, and HR operations across our growing healthcare organization serving 60+ counties throughout Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys employee relations, benefits administration, problem-solving, and creating a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Some college or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• ADP Workforce Now experience
• 1+ year of Human Resources experience
• Healthcare HR experience
• Benefits administration experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
• Assist with employee relations concerns and conflict resolution
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Administer employee health and welfare benefits
• Assist employees with enrollments and benefit questions
• Serve as liaison with insurance providers
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain compliance documentation and personnel records
• Process employee changes within ADP Workforce Now
• Generate HR reports and workforce data as needed
