Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience is required.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and customer-service skills.
  • Sound judgment and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Payroll processing experience required, including experience with payroll systems, time records, deductions, employee changes, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management required.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, customer-service, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own the accurate and timely processing of payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
  • Manage payroll changes, time records, deductions, reimbursements, PTO balances and payroll reporting.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation to create a welcoming, organized experience from day one.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, life events, terminations and annual Open Enrollment.
  • Administer employee leave programs and maintain related documentation and records.
  • Maintain accurate employee information within our HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Support the performance review process and maintain training records and certifications.
  • Maintain employee files, People Services policies and the Employee Handbook.
  • Generate HR and payroll reports and workforce information.
  • Participate in employee engagement, recognition, wellness and company activities.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive resource for employees on payroll, benefits and People Services programs.
