Requirements

  • Previous experience in onboarding, human resources, employee services, or administrative support required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Some college preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support People Services teams with end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and positive new hire experience
  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including offer letters, I-9s, and employment documentation
  • Process and verify background screenings and professional licensure, ensuring active status and compliance with organizational standards
  • Partner with IT and hiring managers to coordinate system access, equipment setup, and workspace readiness
  • Monitor license and certification expiration dates and notify employees of upcoming renewals
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and compliance documentation
  • Provide cross-functional support to People Services, Benefits, and Payroll teams
  • Assist employees with People Services-related questions and requests
  • Support employee data management within ADP and Workforce systems
  • Support People Services processes related to organizational acquisitions and employee transitions
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and administrative projects as needed
