Nice To Haves
- Recruiting, Sales, and/or Customer Service experience
- Leadership or management experience
- Experience using Zoom, CRMs, or Applicant Tracking Systems
Responsibilities
- Connect with candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential candidates
- Screen applicants and determine fit for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support new hire onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- Partner with managers to help fill open positions, particularly within our growing Sales team
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activities in our systems
- Learn recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
