About The Position

Brex is seeking a People Programs Lead to own the new hire journey end-to-end, ensuring an exceptional and seamless candidate experience. This role involves blending operational excellence with engaging facilitation, both in-office and remotely. Beyond onboarding, the lead will contribute to the Talent Management portfolio by designing resources, automating processes, scaling mentorship programs, and providing data-driven insights to People leadership. This is an opportunity to directly shape high-performing teams within a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or L&D, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) and independently resolve ad-hoc operational scenarios.
  • Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate program health and drive iteration.
  • A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving initiatives independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running a company-wide onboarding program.
  • Desire to stretch beyond onboarding into ownership of broader Talent Management functions such as employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, or more.
  • Thrive on novelty, autonomy, and challenge.
  • A "play to win" mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end: from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions, readiness to the first-90-days curriculum and executive setups, ensuring an exceptional, seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time.
  • Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership.
  • Measure program efficacy using new hire surveys and completion analytics.
  • Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear documentation to sustain long-term engagement.
  • Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management portfolio, including supporting projects in employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, and performance programs.

Benefits

  • Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
