$103,000 - $128,000Hybrid

About The Position

Brex is seeking a People Programs Lead to own the new hire journey end-to-end, ensuring an exceptional and seamless candidate experience. This role involves blending operational excellence with engaging facilitation, both in-office and remotely. Beyond onboarding, the lead will contribute to the Talent Management portfolio by designing resources, automating processes, scaling mentorship programs, and translating data into actionable insights for People leadership. This is an opportunity to directly shape high-performing teams within a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or L&D, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) and independently resolve ad-hoc operational scenarios.
  • Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate program health and drive iteration.
  • A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving initiatives independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running a company-wide onboarding program.
  • A desire to stretch beyond onboarding over time into ownership of broader Talent Management functions such as employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, or more.
  • Thrive on novelty, autonomy, and challenge. "Play to win".

Responsibilities

  • Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end: from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions, readiness to the first-90-days curriculum and executive setups, ensuring an exceptional, seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time.
  • Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership. Measure program efficacy using new hire surveys and completion analytics.
  • Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear documentation to sustain long-term engagement.
  • Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management portfolio, including supporting projects in employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, and performance programs.

Benefits

  • Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
