About The Position

SimSpace is seeking a People Program Partner to lead and enhance key people programs focused on onboarding, engagement, learning, and organizational performance. This role operates at the intersection of People and Talent, with responsibility for owning and improving programs that influence employee experience and growth within the organization. The successful candidate will manage defined initiatives from start to finish, including needs assessment, program design, adoption, and effectiveness measurement. Success in this program ownership role is determined by program adoption rates, operational efficiency, and their overall impact on teams and the business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, People Operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of programs or initiatives end-to-end.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and translate them into structured, scalable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience using data to measure effectiveness and guide decisions.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end people programs such as structured onboarding (Explorer), manager development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain program structure, documentation, and operating rhythm.
  • Ensure consistent delivery across teams and managers.
  • Diagnose organizational and cultural challenges using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Design and evolve program-level learning and change solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Adapt and extend existing frameworks, tools, and programs to meet evolving needs.
  • Drive adoption of programs across managers and teams.
  • Identify friction points and continuously improve program usability and impact.
  • Ensure programs are practical, scalable, and embedded in day-to-day operations.
  • Define success metrics and track program effectiveness (adoption, engagement, outcomes).
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Share recommendations with People and business leaders.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, People Ops, and Talent teams.
  • Support initiatives related to recognition, performance, and internal mobility.
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and change sessions as needed.
