The People Partner will manage HR coordination and collaborate with the Senior Director, People & Talent on various HR projects and initiatives. This position is foundational to ensuring that people-related work is not only executed but also effectively implemented, helping to shape how the organization engages with employees, supports managers, measures key metrics, and communicates a compelling people story that drives real business outcomes.
