This role is a unique opportunity to be the first People Partner & People Operations member based in New York, partnering closely with the VP People in Dusseldorf/Germany to establish vivenu’s first People Partner role from scratch. You will act as the trusted on-the-ground anchor for the New York and Tampa teams, collaborating directly with US and Germany-based Leaders in Sales and Customer Experience (CX). This role requires a pragmatic expert who can drive local people programs while maintaining a hands-on focus on the US operational and compliance foundation. This is a fully on-site role based out of our Manhattan hub.
