About The Position

Neko Health is hiring a senior People Partner Lead to build the people foundation for its Commercial, Creative, Marketing, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs teams, which are being established or scaled without an existing internal playbook. The role focuses on organisational design, operating-model design and workforce planning, and is one of the most senior People roles at HQ outside the Global People Lead. • Experience building or scaling a function from the ground up; ideally in marketing, creative, communications or another brand-driven, externally facing domain.
  • Experience owning leadership development and performance-calibration outcomes for a senior leadership population.
  • Experience personally leading change initiatives end to end, including scope, timelines and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience helping leaders embed culture and values into how teams work.
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or People/HR leadership role at Director level or above.
  • A track record of partnering with and influencing senior functional leaders on complex, high-stakes organisational decisions, with autonomy as an independent decision-maker.
  • Fluency with people data and active use of AI in their own work.
  • Working knowledge of employment law relevant to creative and marketing talent markets, and judgement about when to seek specialist expertise.

  • Design a function-specific structure, levelling framework and operating model as the teams grow.
  • Build a fully resourced and clearly structured function ahead of permanent leadership arriving.
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the relevant leadership teams, translating business strategy into people priorities, programmes and operating plans.
  • Coach and challenge leaders on organisational decisions and future priorities.
  • Partner with team leaders to embed Neko's cultural Vitals into everyday operations, behaviours and decisions.
  • Build rituals and feedback loops that help sustain the culture as the functions scale.

  • Lead and sponsor change initiatives, owning scope, timelines, stakeholder engagement and change readiness.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with Legal and People colleagues, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Identify emerging strain and people risks, particularly in brand- and reputation-sensitive teams.
  • Apply operating-model and organisation-design expertise to the needs of brand-driven, externally facing functions.
  • Work with function leaders to identify what is still taking shape and determine what the functions need next.
  • Deliver people analytics and actionable, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Work with the Global People Lead to define what a well-built function looks like at Neko.
  • Evaluate how AI informs talent decisions and organisational design, and help shape roles and structures with AI as a participant.
