We partner closely with leaders across the business to build high-performing teams, develop exceptional talent, and scale the company through periods of rapid transformation. We’re looking for a People Partner (HRBP) to support leaders across our Builders (engineering, product, design) organization. You’ll partner directly with leaders to shape org strategy and build the structures, processes, and teams that enable scale. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly scaling organization. You’ll work directly with ambitious leaders, elevate our talent, and play a meaningful role in how the company evolves as we continue to grow globally. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HRBP or People Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative, scalable solutions to complex people and organizational challenges
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization with sound judgment and strong business acumen
- Thrives in an environment where People Partners take broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives rather than relying on specialized COEs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence change, and execute effectively in a rapidly evolving organization
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be willing and able to commute to San Mateo 5 days in office

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technical leaders on organizational effectiveness, organizational health, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategy
- Partner closely with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence business decisions
- Develop innovative and pragmatic people solutions to address organizational challenges, unlock team performance, and support evolving business needs
- Build and drive talent initiatives across performance management, retention, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
- Help leaders navigate ambiguity, growth, and change while maintaining a high-performance culture
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations
