About the Role We're growing fast — and we need someone who thrives in that. interface.ai is scaling our San Francisco office from 15 to 50 people in the coming months, with a global team approaching 200 by year end. This is a founding role for People Operations in the US, and we're looking for someone who is equal parts operator, community builder, and strategic partner. You'll own the full employee experience in our SF office — from the moment someone signs an offer letter to the rhythm of their daily work life. You'll also steward the physical space itself, making sure our environment reflects where we're headed, not just where we've been.
