Please note this is a part-time contractor position up to 22 hours per week. As the People Operations Specialist, you will help ensure that the day-to-day operations of the People Team are organized, thoughtful, and running efficiently. This role will play a key part in supporting and improving the infrastructure, processes, and operational systems that help create a strong employee experience across the organization. You will support a broad range of People Operations responsibilities, including onboarding support, policy and process coordination, employee relations support, documentation management, and cross-functional project execution. This person will also help create greater operational consistency across the People function by improving workflows, organizing resources, centralizing documentation, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving environments.
