Steadily is hiring a People Operations Manager to own and lead the internal people function at Steadily. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate independently, build scalable systems, and confidently support a fast-growing business without requiring a lot of oversight or structure already in place. This is not a traditional HR coordinator or support role. You will be the primary owner of day-to-day People Operations and will work closely with leadership to keep the company organized, compliant, and operating smoothly as we scale. We move quickly, hire aggressively, and expect a high level of ownership. The right person is operationally sharp, highly resourceful, calm under pressure, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll report directly to the Director of Talent and partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer and company leadership across every department.
