Requirements

  • A current student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: You live in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, and you aren't afraid to learn new SaaS tools quickly.
  • Discreet: You understand the sensitivity of People data and can be trusted with confidential information.
  • Proactive: You don't wait for a task list; you see a gap in a process and suggest a way to fix it.
  • Communication Pro: You can write clear, engaging emails and internal announcements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini & ChatGPT) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics for new hires and offboarding for employees leave.
  • Help maintain our HRIS (ADP) and assist in building dashboards for turnover, diversity, and engagement metrics.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person culture events, lunch-and-learns, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist our Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a smooth "candidate-to-employee" journey.
  • Own at least one long-term project, such as auditing our internal wiki (Notion/Confluence) or research for new benefit offerings.
