About The Position
This entry-level Human Resources Summer Internship is designed for students early in their academic careers who are interested in building foundational HR skills while gaining exposure to emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations across shared services, recruiting, training, and talent initiatives, while also contributing to projects that explore how AI can enhance HR processes, decision-making, and employee experience. No prior HR experience is required—this role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, curious about people operations, and interested in how technology is shaping the future of work Nabors is a leading provider of advanced technology for the energy industry.
