About The Position

The People Operations Generalist at Microlumen Inc will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's human resources functions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or people operations roles.
• Proven track record of managing employee relations and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or technology company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing onboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
• Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations.
